Customer Delight

Early in the morning
When you open your mail box
What make you a bright day?
It will be a flower day to them
If you can deliver
Go beyond of what they required
Exceed of their expectation
People will have a different look to you
Your prompt reply & fast response
This does not mean that you have to work overtime everyday
To meet this requirements
The key is your thinking process
Analyse
To know implications of doing this & not doing that
Decide
Know what you want to do to meet their requirements
Prioritise
To know which is more important to us
Resources
To get manpower to help
Act
To response to customers the soonest
That's whay i learnt
here....
